As the press service of the city administration told PenzaNews, the illegal fir tree markets were located at the addresses: 13 Borodina street and 134 Prospekt Stroitelei street.
“The entrepreneurs did not have the documents on the origin of the trees – the shipping document and the cutting permit. Protocols under Art. 5.1.1 ‘Trade in inappropriate places’ of the Penza Administrative Offences Code were drawn up against them,” the mayor’s office explained.
As it was reported earlier, 62 official fir tree markets, which were opened on December 9, work in the Penza territory.
At the same time, representatives of the government register places of illegal fir tree trade regularly, for example, in the Oktyabrsky area of Penza.
