Penza, 4 January 2017. PenzaNews. On Tuesday, January 3, representatives of the city integrated centre of the immediate social help to residents registered five vagabonds, who were asking alms, during the inspection that was held in the city, including in the resettled buildings and the buildings that will be demolished.

As it was reported by the press service of the city administration, the specialists found out the reasons why each of these people became a vagabond. 

These residents were provided with food, warm clothes, lodging referrals and referrals for fluorography examination to the regional addiction clinic.

They also received brochures with the addresses of social protection offices, where the homeless may get qualified help.

In addition, it was explained to the registered vagabonds how to use gas appliances.
