Some of the people who arrived to the drawing, which started at 12.00, managed to leave their cars near the trade centre, and the rest had to park their vehicles along the road, which made it narrower.

As the result, the transport movement in Okruzhnaya street from the sports and entertainment complex “Diesel-Arena” to the trade centre “Okruzhnoi” became difficult in both directions. At the same time, the ride to the trade centre became complicated because of the flow of the cars that were turning to Kizhevatova street.

At present, officers of the State Traffic Police work at this road segment and regulate the traffic flow. They pay special attention to crossroads where drivers turn to side roads.

As it was reported earlier, prize drawings held by “Moya rodnya” previously also led to transport collapses.
