Penza, 9 January 2017. PenzaNews. The UTair airline canceled flights from Penza to Moscow and back starting December 31, 2016, because the exploitation of the aircraft ATR 72-500 was stopped in the Vnukovo airport. This was reported by the head of the Penza airport Yuri Oskolkov.

"The company leaves not only the Penza region. It claimed that it will not exploit the ATR 72 aircraft in Vnukovo. This is the reason why the flights were canceled," the interlocutor explained.
According to him, additional RusLine flights, which will be available starting January 23, can become an alternative for passengers.
"We plan to start executing these day flights with the S7 airline using Embraer-170 plane in June," the director of the Penza airport added.
As it was reported earlier, the UTair airline started to execute flights from Penza to Moscow in summer, 2015. It differed from other airlines in the advantageous price policy - the starting price of tickets was 1.990 rubles - and by the strict timekeeping.
