Penza, 12 January 2017. PenzaNews. 201 administrative protocols were drawn up in the Penza region against the residents who drove defective cars or the cars that are not allowed to be operated.

As it was reported by the propaganda department of the traffic police of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the operational preventive action “Technical failure” was conducted on Thursday, January 12.

Driving a defective car or the car that is not allowed to be operated leads to a warning, penalty or deprival of the right to drive a car depending on the type of technical failure.
