"This is the type of business, which mustn't exist in our society. Its occurrence must decrease," he said at the round-table discussion "Residents' health maintenance", which was held in the Penza region Legislative Assembly on Friday, January 13.
According to Mikhail Lisin, in order to attract the best employees it is necessary to create good working conditions.
"A modern person engaged in business [...] understands it well that it is possible to attract a highly-qualified specialist only if they are provided with social conditions, opportunities and social protection for the period of their work at the enterprise. [...] It is the compulsory health insurance of course, but many enterprises of the Penza region also include the voluntary medical insurance," he explained.
Mikhail Lisin added that some employers reward their best workers with vouchers to sanatoriums and holiday centres.
"People feel that they are needed at the enterprise and that they are taken care of," he emphasized.
