Penza, 17 January 2017. PenzaNews. Officers of the State Traffic Police of the Penza region will conduct the preventive action "Car seats to children" on Wednesday, January 18.

Within the framework of the action vehicles will be stopped for detection of possible violations of the law on underage passengers transportation.

"Children are one of the most vulnerable categories of passengers. They suffer in traffic accidents more than adult passengers," the propaganda department of the traffic police of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation noted.

The office reminded that the violation of the underage passengers transportation requirements leads to administrative penalty of 3,000 rubles.
