24 applications from the Penza region were admitted to participate in the III All-Russian contest of All-Russian People’s Front fund “Truth And Justice”.

According to the general list of the contestants published on Friday, January 20, experts will evaluate submissions of private mass media workers and of those who work at public expense.

At the same time, journalists are not the only participants of the contest. Thus, the application of the assistant chief medical officer at the Penza dedicated clinical medical assistance centre, an expert in the field of HIV/AIDS fight Sergei Oleynik, who has a blog on Live Journal, was pre-qualified.

A year ago, the Penza region entered the top-10 regions by the number of journalistic works submitted to the APF contest. 37 people, who presented a total of 93 submissions, were registered as participants.
