"We should work to ensure that children from orphanages live in Penza region families," he said during an operational meeting in the regional government on Tuesday, January 24.

According to Ivan Belozertsev, situations in which a child is driven away from the Penza region, must be scarce.

He also reminded that those couples who take a child from an orphanage can always get support in the regional association of adoptive parents.
