"The State traffic police reminds that the use of seat belts in case of road accident significantly increases the level of protection for drivers and passengers, reduces the severity of the caused injuries," the propaganda department of the traffic police of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation told PenzaNews.

Driving a vehicle and transportation of passengers with unfastened seat belts leads to administrative penalty equal to 1,000 rubles.
