Penza, 25 January 2017. PenzaNews. Workers of the Federal Supervision Agency for Information Technologies and Communications, Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as of the subsidiary office of the federal state unitary enterprise "Radio frequency centre of the Central Federal District" stopped the work of an illegal sound broadcasting transmitter in the Penza region.

As it was reported on the website of the regional department of the Federal Supervision Agency for Information Technologies and Communications, the transmitter operated at the frequency of 105.7 MHz.

Two administrative protocols were drawn up against the person who was responsible for the illegal exploitation of the transmitter as well for the use of the radio frequency spectrum at the frequency of 105.7 MHz without permission.

Additional measures aimed at bringing administrative action against this person are taken.
