Tamala, 28 January 2017. PenzaNews. A punishment by way of 330 hours of mandatory work was imposed on a 34-year-old resident of Tamala of the Penza region, who was found guilty by court of repeated drunk driving without license.

"The man was driving a tractor in the evening on September 27. He was stopped by workers of the traffic police in Kommunisticheskaya street in the Tamala settlement. Examination showed presence of alcohol in the blood in the concentration more than 1 mg/l," the senior assistant of the head of the regional Investigative Committee for media relations Lyudmila Fomina told PenzaNews.

She added that in November 2015 the man was found criminally liable for driving a car in the state of alcoholic intoxication.

"At the same time, the man was accused of illegal entering the flat of his ex-wife – on the night of July 12, 2016, he knocked out the front door using physical force and entered the apartment. The ex-wife was not at home," the interlocutor noted.

Lyudmila Fomina specified that the criminal was deprived of the right to drive for 2.5 years.
