Penza, 1 February 2017. PenzaNews. Works on paving the viewing point near the monument Rostok on the Sura embankment in Penza are planned to be finished in early May. This was announced at the meeting of the project office, which was held in the city administration on Wednesday, February 1.

In addition, it is planned to pave the paths between the Bakuninsky and Podvesnoy bridges and to make an open-air amphitheater.

Within the framework of the meeting, participants also discussed the implementation of the "road map" events, which include the development of the construction documentation, the press service of the Penza mayor's office informs.

As it was reported earlier, workers will start laying new granite tile on the Sura embankment in spring after carrying out preparatory works. In particular, it will be necessary to remove the old water supply system and the chamber that are located on this site.
