In Penza nearly 5,000 applications for children's camps vouchers submitted in half day

Penza, 10 February 2017. PenzaNews. About 5,000 applications for buying children's camps vouchers were submitted in Penza during five hours after the start of the registration, which began both electronically and in administrations of city areas at 9.00 on Friday, February 10.

According to the data published on the website Leto58.ru, at 14.00, 950 people were added to the list of people waiting for vouchers in the Zheleznodorozhny area, 720 – in the Leninsky area, over 1,800 – in the Oktyabrsky area, and almost 1,250 – in the Pervomaisky area.
Due to the fact that the electronic queue was just introduced in Penza, specialists of area administrations in advance explained to parents of school pupils what the advantages of registration from home using personal computers are. This helped to reduce real queues.
At the same time, some parents chose to take help when filling the application.
As it was reported by the chief specialist on work with the youth in the Zheleznodorozhny area administration Nadezhda Garanina, for this purpose, the doors of the building were opened at 6.00.
"Everyone could enter and have a sit in the hall. In the meantime, we checked if parents had all necessary documents. If some of them were missing, they could go home and bring them," the interlocutor explained.
According to Nadezhda Garanina, at 9.00 five specialists started to work, and three computers were in reserve.
"Most of people registered via the Internet without any assistance," the noted.
Nadezhda Garanina added that parents could not avoid mistakes – there were cases when they stated e-mails or birth information incorrectly and had to turn to the administration asking to make edits.
Speaking about the camps parents would like to send their children to, the specialist of the Zheleznodorozhny area administration emphasized that vouchers will be distributed starting the middle of April, and at the moment the administration only makes lists of children.
"But parents express preferences – these are the camps 'Stroitel' and 'Zarya'," she summed up.
