Penza, 10 February 2017. PenzaNews. Upon the request of the prosecutor, the Pervomaisky regional court of Penza disqualified from driving a 44-year-old man registered in the regional Evgrafov psychiatric hospital with the diagnosis "schizophrenia" since 2012.

"Since driving a car by a person with such disease poses a real threat of traffic accidents, may cause harm to life and health of citizens or property loss leading to violation of legitimate interests of citizens, society and the state, the prosecutor gave notice of the claim," the senior assistant of the head of the regional prosecutor for media relations Svetlana Artamonova told PenzaNews.

She specified that the decision to disqualify the man from driving did not come into effect.
