Workload of arbitration court judges in Penza region is lowest in Volga Federal District

Penza, 17 February 2017. PenzaNews. The workload of arbitration court judges in the Penza region is the lowest in the Volga Federal District compared to other arbitration courts of the district. This was reported by the chairman of the court Konstantin Druz during the meeting dedicated to the results of the 2016 year.

According to him, on the average each judge considered 51 cases.
Konstantin Druz added that the biggest load in the Volga Federal District was registered in the Volgograd region.
"The average load of a judge is 150-160 cases," he specified.
The chairman of the arbitration court of the Penza region also provided additional data characterizing the load of work.
"Taking into account applications connected with bankruptcy cases, adoption of interlocutory injunction, and execution of legal acts, the actual case hearing workload of a judge [of the arbitration court of the Penza region] per month equalled to 69 cases. In 2015 the workload amounted to 62 cases, in 2014 – to 58," Konstantin Druz said.
