"The woman turned to the court with a claim against the municipal budget enterprise 'Bekovsky inter-rural librarian and cultural centre' in which she asked to be reinstated in the position and to be paid a compensation for the time of forced unemployment. The argument in support of the claim stated that the woman worked as a librarian since 1979. In November, 2016, the institution held a qualifying evaluation and the woman gave incorrect answers about the use of the Internet because such service was not provided in the library," an official representative of the Bekovsky regional court told PenzaNews.
He specified that according to the decision of the qualifying evaluation commission, the woman failed to pass the evaluation and it was recommended that she should be fired.
"Not a single complaint was received against the librarian during the time she worked at the institution, she was not hold disciplinary liable and often received recognition for her work and that is why she found the dismissal unfair," the interlocutor added.
According to him, during the trial, the employer decided to reinstate the librarian in the position and to pay a compensation for the forced unemployment.
"In this regard, the woman refused the claim. Since the violated rights of the plaintiff were restored by the defendant voluntarily, the court decided to terminate the proceeding," the court representative noted.
