Penza, 4 March 2017. PenzaNews. The event dedicated to summing up the results of the 11th regional winter social marathon of student teams "We are together!" was held in Penza on Friday evening, March 3.

The event started with a presentation of the songbook "Penza Russian Student Teams", which includes original songs and remakes compelled by members of the teams.

Then, there was a concert held, during which young people performed concert items that were already shown in villages of the Penza region.

Turning to those present, the head of the regional branch of Russian Student Teams Artem Kolobov noted that members of student teams were successful at all events.

"We hope that the ideas you tried to convey to school pupils and rural population will be useful because it is important for us that pupils from villages enter our universities and do not go somewhere else, that they become members of our student teams and then – in a couple of years – go shoulder to shoulder with you in a similar social marathon. You may visit a different region. But you will get there by skis to inflame people with enthusiasm and say: "A social marathon of student teams came to your place," he said.

After the speech, the most active members of the movement and winners of three creative contests received awards.

The team "Kristall" was named the best in the nomination "Portrait" of the photo contest "Student Team – the engine of the region", and the teams "Rekord" and "Fenix" were the best in the nomination "Reportage". In the category "Original genre" the award was received by the team "Rovesniki". In the category "Photo history" the team "Fenix" was chosen the best.

The first place in the contest of poems "My life in a student team" was occupied by representatives of the team "Spektr", the second place – by "Kolorit", and the third one – by "Fenix".

The team "Fenix" became the winner of the contest of original songs, the second place was occupied by representatives of "Rekord", and the third one – by "Spektr".

The event also featured summing up the results of conducted work – within the framework of the marathon students visited over 50 settlements of the Penza region. There, representatives of student teams gave concerts, helped local people, conducted work on professional orientation and did different leisure activities with school pupils.
