Penza, 8 March 2017. PenzaNews. The Elfimov family (Alexei and Elena) from the village Pyrkino of the Bessonovsky area of the Penza region, who became parents of three sons in February, will receive a home construction certificate under the programme "Sustainable development of rural areas".

On Tuesday, March 7, Artem, Anton, and Evgeny Elfimov, who became first triplets born in the region during the last two years, were registered officially.

The family was congratulated by the deputy chairman of the Penza region government Vasily Trokhin, as well as by representatives of the regional Legislative Assembly, the Bessonovsky area administration, and public organizations of the Bessonovsky association.

"I congratulate you on the birth of wonderful sons. I am sure they will become strong men and defenders of our Motherland," Vasily Trokhin said.

He also told young parents that the documents on the inclusion of the family in the federal target programme for receiving the certificate were prepared.

In addition, the young family received a bonus from the governor Ivan Belozertsev, a spacious baby carriage for twins (because carriages for triplets are not produced), and a modern gas stove manufactured by the JSC PPO EVT, the news agency of the Penza region reports.
