Penza, 15 March 2017. PenzaNews. Speed registration camera complexes, which provide an opportunity to identify a debtor by a car number, are planned to be used for conducting bailiff raids in Penza as well as on roads of area centres of the region.

"At present, we are considering the possibility [...] of conducting raids in areas of the region and testing the technology in area centres [...]. I think it will be effective," the head of regional department of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation Evgeny Pazechko reported at the meeting of the board on Wednesday, March 15.

He noted that bailiffs received such camera complexes thanks to the head of the region Ivan Belozertsev and the vice-governor Valery Savin.

"It took us a long time to persuade the traffic police that it is necessary to reorganize the influential bodies that belong to the organization 'Safe city'," Evgeny Pazechko added.

According to him, at present bailiffs use speed registration camera complexes twice a week during raids.
