Penza, 16 March 2017. PenzaNews. A punishment by way of penalty equal to 1,000 rubles was imposed on a man who was found guilty by the Zarechny city court of the Penza region for posting and storing a video that was included in the federal list of materials considered extremist.

"In February, responsible bodies came across a video that was included in the federal list of materials considered extremist on his social network profile, which had free access for other users. The man admitted the guilt explaining that the video was deleted from his profile," an official representative of the Zarechny city court told PenzaNews.

He specified that the court decision did not come into effect yet.
