Penza, 16 March 2017. PenzaNews. Penza authorities gave a permission to hold a rally aimed at drawing the attention of the officials and the society to issues of passengers and luggage transportation by taxi.

As it was reported by the section manager of the law violation prevention and civil and religious organizations issues department of the Penza city administration Oleg Vikulov, the event will be held in Dzerzhinsky public garden on Monday, March 27.

According to him, in accordance with the submitted application, the rally will allow participation of up to 300 people.

The organizer of the rally is the head of the union of professional taxi drivers of Penza Andrei Gaykalov.

It is planned that the event will be held from 11.00 till 14.00.

It is expected that participants of the rally will require the city and region administrations to establish order in the taxi industry and will also ask about assistance in changing federal legislation.
