Penza, 21 March 2017. PenzaNews. An entrepreneur dismantled an arbitrarily installed kiosk at 9 Antonova street in Penza. This was reported by the press service of the mayor's office.

"The entrepreneur conducted business in the territory of municipal land without constitutive documents against existing legislation. The city administration repeatedly offered him alternative ways of doing his business but the owner refused to dismantle non-stationary trade facility voluntarily," the press service explained.

The mayor's office specified that after that the city administration took a legal action on dismantling the pavilion.

"The court satisfied the claim and on February 22 execution began," the Penza administration added noting that after the court decision was announced the owner dismantled the kiosk.
