Penza, 22 March 2017. PenzaNews. The time of consideration of residents' applications should be reduced to a minimum in Penza. A corresponding order was given by the mayor Victor Kuvaytsev at the meeting with heads of area administrations on Wednesday, March 22.

"All of you know the areas you are in charge of, and you know all problematic issues. If a problem cannot be solved fast, then you should meet with initiative groups regularly," he said.

The mayor drew attention to the necessity to inform residents about made decisions and taken actions.

"People should not be left with their problems one on one," the press service of the Penza administration quotes Victor Kuvaytsev.
