Penza, 23 March 2017. PenzaNews. Temporary restrictions on heavy truck traffic will be in force in the Penza region from March 25 to April 25.

As it was reported by the regional department of the Ministry of Construction, such measure is introduced to ensure safety of public roads of regional and federal importance and road constructions due to the decrease of load bearing capacity of road elements during the period of spring slush.

"We introduce limitations for the traffic that exceed temporarily established limits of loading on any axis equal to 4 tons," the department specified.

The ministry noted that it is planned that two mobile points of weight control will work every day on the roads of regional and federal importance.
