Penza, 24 March 2017. PenzaNews. The development of cycling infrastructure and the historic part of the city became the main topics for discussion at the meeting held by the Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev on Friday morning, March 24.

The meeting was attended by the vice mayor Irina Shirshina, he head of the city Department of Architecture and Urban Planning Magomed Agamagomedov, the chief Penza architect Zufar Ziyatdinov, and the head of the department of city design and environment Sergei Petrov.

As a result of the discussion, Victor Kuvaytsev ordered Irina Shirshina to sum up all mentioned suggestions on the development of cycling infrastructure and the historic part of the city for further development of projects that will be of interest to investors.
