"By the decision of the Pervomaysky court as of the year 2009, the building was found illegally constructed. The debtors were obliged to demolish it at their own expense. They did not take any actions aimed at dismantling the building and we were forced to start compulsory demolishing by signing an agreement with a contracting organization," the interlocutor explained.
Vera Artemova specified that according to the agreement, the building will be dismantled until the middle of May,
"In order to do this, we sent notices about forced demolition to the parties. They tried turning to court in order to get a postponement. The application for a postponement of the suspension of judgment was dismissed. The decision came into force. In the end of March the debtors received repeated notifications about the new date of forced execution of judgement. By now, no suspending documents were issued," the interlocutor explained.
The head of the court bailiffs added that when the building demolition is finished, the costs will be exacted from the debtor.
