“At present we are dismantling three trade facilities that belong to “Flower” pavilions – in Suvorova street, at the intersection of Kulakova, and Pushkina streets, as well as in Izmaylova street,” the head of the court bailiffs special orders office for the Penza region Federal Court Bailiffs department Vera Artemova told PenzaNews on Wednesday, April 5.
She specified that dismantling work on these facilities was started on March 31, April 3 and 4 correspondently.
According to Vera Artemova, the entrepreneur Sergei Mishinev, who installed the trade pavilions illegally, started dismantling work when bailiffs already decided on compulsory demolishing of the facilities.
“When the bailiffs arrived to the site, the entrepreneur already started demolishing the constructions,” the interlocutor explained.
The head of the court bailiffs added that the entrepreneur is obliged to finish the dismantling works by April 20.
“He has a timetable which he has to follow while executing the court decision. In case he does not manage to finish the work in time, or stops it, we will continue forced demolition,” Vera Artemova said.
