Penza, 6 April 2017. PenzaNews. Single fathers will be able to get legal help from specialists of the state public institution "State legal office of the Penza region". This was reported by the head of the Penza council of fathers Mikhail Shakhov.

"We concluded an agreement with the state office of the Penza region on legal support [...] of single fathers in a difficult situation. It is an achievement. In the future, we will provide legal assistance to all fathers if it is possible," he said at the round table that was held within the framework of the city forum for fathers in the centre of technological education on Thursday, April 6.

Mikhail Shakhov added that they also consider the possibility of free admission to the Penza zoo and rollerdrome for children who are brought up by single fathers, but this issue was not decided yet.
