Penza, 7 April 2017. PenzaNews. Representatives of different areas of the region took part in the 4th Forum of young parliamentarians, which was held in Penza on Friday, April 7.

Turning to those present, the chairman of the youth parliament under the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region Natalia Nazarova noted that at present young active people who are ready to introduce legislative initiatives are in high demand.

"Every day we try to do something that you can put trust in yourself. [...] We believe that the time has come. During each forum we try to show you and to discuss what we are doing at the moment and what we can do in the future," she said.

The forum includes five thematic sessions: "Remembrance and pride in the hearts of generations", "Youth parliamentarianism ", "I am a citizen", "Youth projects today", "School pupils and students self-government".

During the session "I am a citizen" participants made an experiment and took part in a stage improvisation in order to find new ways of raising the issue of civil responsibility.

Participants of the session "Youth parliamentarianism" got acquainted with the system of internal collaboration of activists including cooperation of area representatives, as well as discussed what was achieved after previous forums and what is planned to be achieved in the future.
