Penza, 9 April 2017. PenzaNews. The title "Honorary citizen of the Penza region" is planned to be given to the rector of Penza State University, the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the region Alexander Gulyakov.

A draft of the corresponding decree was published on the website of the regional parliament.

It clarifies that it was suggested that Alexander Gulyakov is awarded for special merits to the Penza region and its residents.
