Penza, 11 April 2017. PenzaNews. The prosecutor's office of the Zheleznodorozhny area lodged to court two legal claims on depriving two citizens of the right to drive due to poor health condition.

"We registered two facts of driving by persons who undergo drug rehabilitation in the regional addiction clinic with the diagnosis "Mental and behavioural disorders connected with opioid abuse. Addiction syndrome," the senior assistant of the head of the regional prosecutor for media relations Svetlana Artamonova told PenzaNews.

She emphasized that such diagnosis presupposes prohibition to drive a car.

"At present, the legal applications are under consideration of the Zheleznodorozhny area court," the interlocutor added.
