Penza, 11 April 2017. PenzaNews. About 3,000 booklets with the information about tourist attractions of the Penza region are planned to be published for further distribution in planes and trains. This was reported to PenzaNews by Alexei Ukolov, head of the tourism office in the Penza region Department of Culture and Tourism.

"Now we collect photos and texts. The booklets will include tourist attractions of the Penza region, camping sites, museums, some memorable places," the interlocutor explained.

He noted that the booklets will be published as soon as budget funds are allocated for this purpose.

"It will cost 200,000 rubles to print 2,800 copies: glossy paper – 157 grams, a cover, colourful contents, four pages," Alexei Ukolov said.

Answering to the question what kind of agreements on distribution of information about the region had already been reached, he said that the department sent letters of offer to different airlines.

"They did not answer yet," the interlocutor explained.

The head of the tourism office added that the region received an offer from the magazine "Flight Line" to publish information on its pages.

"One page costs 280,000 rubles," Alexei Ukolov noted.
