Penza, 18 April 2017. PenzaNews. The Pervomaisky regional court of Penza inflicted a penalty of 15,000 rubles on the LLC "Tander" for committing an administrative offense presupposed by the Art. 6.4 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation "Failure to comply with sanitary requirements when using residential and public premises, constructions and transport". This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Federal Service on Surveillance for Consumer rights protection and human well-being.

"On January 27, 2017, while conducting an administrative investigation against the LLC "Tander" we registered a number of violations. The container for hard domestic waste that belongs to the shop "Magnit" located at 124 Ladozhskaya street, Penza, is placed 1.2 metres away from the wall of the trade organization and is filled to 2/3 of the volume. The food waste container was located in the unloading zone," the department explained.

The press service added that the organization did not comply with sanitary requirements while conducting commercial activities.
