Penza, 23 April 2017. PenzaNews. The administration of the Belinsky central park of culture and leisure announced the family competition "Pram parade", which will be held on Sunday, May 14.

The main event of the competition will be festive procession of participants caring decorated prams.

According to the regulations, families with children up to 4 years old are allowed to take part in the event. In addition, it is required that a child is in a pram.

The minimum number of team participants is two: a child and a parent. The maximum number is not limited.

In order to participate in the competition it is necessary to register a summer or winter pram. The main requirement is safety of used materials.

Contest participants will compete in the following categories: "My favourite park amusement", "Meaningful surnames", "Around the world", and "Environmental kaleidoscope".

Decoration of prams will be assessed by the jury that will include organizers, sponsors and partners of the competition. They will estimate appropriateness to the nomination, brightness of decoration, originality of the idea, integrity and harmony of the created image as well as active team support.

Winners in each category will receive diplomas from the central park of culture and leisure as well as presents from sponsors.
