Penza mayor's office turns to court in relation to building of shop "Sadko"

Penza, 26 April 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza administration turned to the arbitration court of the region in order to oblige the individual entrepreneur Vladimir Zubarev to bring the building in the Prospekt Stroiteley street, where the shop "Sadko" is situated, to the original condition that existed before the mayor's office issued permission to put an object – a cafe – into operation as of April 13, 2015.

As it was stated in case papers, the permission allowed construction of a two-storeyed building of the cafe with a total area of 780.2 square metres.

According to the plaintiff, the right of ownership of the disputed estate with the following features: area – 744.4 square metres, number of floors – 2, belongs to Vladimir Zubarev.

By the decision as of March 28, 2017, the court fully satisfied the claim of the Penza mayor's office on introducing provisional measures. It is forbidden for the regional department of the Federal Agency for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography to register the land plot and the object of capital construction located at: 50B Prospekt Stroiteley street, Penza.

The hearing is scheduled for May 11.
