Penza, 26 April 2017. PenzaNews. The mayor Victor Kuvaytsev and the head of the city Valery Savelyev congratulated the chief executive officer of the LLC "Penzastroy" Valentin Zhuravlev on his 80th anniversary, which the honoured builder of Russia celebrated the day before.

"You are occupying a special position in the Penza history and have the title of honorary citizen. Over fifty years of your life you devoted to the profession of a builder, you directed many efforts to comprehensive development of the city and formation of modern architectural appearance of the regional centre. You directed the construction of residential areas and a number of socially important facilities in Penza," Victor Kuvaytsev noted.

He thanked Valentin Zhuravlev for selfless work, devotion to the chosen way and great personal contribution to the development of the construction industry.

As it was reported by the press service of the city administration, the Penza mayor presented the head of the company "Penzastroy" with a letter of greetings and a memorable gift.
