School pupils from Germany visit Kuznetsk within framework of programme "Youth Exchange"
Kuznetsk, 2 May 2017. PenzaNews. A group of school pupils from Germany came to Kuznetsk of the Penza region with a return visit within the framework of the programme "Youth Exchange" on Tuesday, May 2.
The pupils had a meeting with the mayor Sergei Zlatogorsky and the head of the education department of the Kuznetsk administration Larisa Borisova.
They discussed further plans of the realization of the programme "Youth Exchange" as well as the issues of organization and reception of German delegations in Kuznetsk.
Then, the school pupils from Germany had a tour around the city. It is planned, that they will also visit the State Lermontov Museum – the Reserve “Tarkhany” located in the Belinsky area of the Penza region.
During their visit, the guests will live in host families. It is planned that during their stay in the Penza region, they will get acquainted with the lifestyle of Russian people and with the principles local schools functioning, the press service of the Kuznetsk administration reports.
Gymnasium No. 1 of the Kuznetsk city of the Penza region was invited to take part in the programme "Youth Exchange" thanks to high results in teaching foreign languages to pupils.
Within the framework of the programme, school pupils from Kuznetsk visited Germany in October 2016.
