Provision of the necessary facilities in the territory near the Penza Military and Labor Valor Monument, where it is planned to hold the main celebrations on the Victory Day, is conducted actively. "At present, workers are installing grandstands," she explained.

In turn, the section manager of the law violation prevention and civil and religious organizations issues department of the Penza city administration Oleg Vikulov noted that works on installation of turnstiles and fences already began, and activities connected with restriction of traffic near the place of celebration are conducted.

According to the Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev, a special attention must be given to the issue of territory improvement.

He ordered his deputy Yuri Ilyin to control cleaning and garbage removal as well as lawn mowing.

"The territory of Penza should be cleaned. We should do our best so that such event is held at a decent level," the press service of the mayor's office quotes Victor Kuvaytsev.
