Penza, 17 May 2017. PenzaNews. The assistant Presidential envoy in the Volga Federal District Oleg Melnichenko said that Penza belongs to the cities where the level of provision of urban amenities considerably increased lately.

"The level of provision of urban amenities greatly increased in capitals of the Volga Federal District. Among best cities are capitals of the Tatarstan and Mordovia republics, as well as Kazan and Saransk. I would also like to give a special mention of Penza," he said during the meeting of the board of the association of the Volga cities that was held in Nizhny Novgorod on Wednesday, May 17.

Oleg Melnichenko added that population of Penza, Kazan, Saransk and Orenburg is well-informed about activities of the mayors, which promotes growth of trust in the government and maintains stability.

According to him, the highest level of population's trust in heads of municipalities is observed in Saransk, Kazan, Perm and Penza. In addition, ratings of administration heads are on the rise, the press service of the mayor's office informs.
