Penza, 19 May 2017. PenzaNews. Penza school pupils collected 20,640 used batteries within the framework of the 3rd city contest "Discharge!".

The total weight of the collected batteries amounted to 430 kg.

The first place was occupied by gymnasium No. 42 with its pupils collecting 95 kg. The second place belongs to school No. 20 – 75 kg. The third result was shown by the gymnasium "SAN" – 51 kg.

Altogether 12 schools took part in the contest "Discharge!".

The results of the nomination "Best slogan for the contest" will be announced on May 25.

It is expected that the participants will be awarded on June 5.
