"Invite professionals, study ways of realization of this idea, suggest an optimal colour solution," the head of the region ordered.
He stressed that special attention should be given to the general concept of square decoration so that the chosen materials look aesthetically and match the road surface in Moskovskaya street.
"The surface in the central square must be nice and of good quality," the governor added.
He also drew attention to competent engineering preparation of the territory, in particular, to the development of surface water flow.
"It is necessary to think over how to make the slope so that water flows into an inlet for storm water. This will increase the lifespan of the new surface," the press service of the Penza region government quotes Ivan Belozertsev.
