Penza, 29 May 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev ordered his deputy Yuri Ilyin to establish a strict control over the work of contracting organizations that are carrying out road repairs within the framework of the priority project "Safe roads of high quality".

"It is necessary that the Penza Communal Services Department tightens up control at the road sections that are being repaired so that the contracting organizations feel their responsibility and inevitability of a punishment for carelessness," he said turning to the deputy head of the city administration at the meeting in the mayor's office on Monday, May 29.

As a result of the inspection condcted at the weekend, Victor Kuvaytsev made a number of observations regarding methods of laying asphalt and kerb-stone.

As it was reported by the mayor's office press service, during the meeting he also ordered the first deputy head of the Penza administration Sergei Volkov to tighten up discipline at the workplace in order to increase work efficiency.
