Penza, 1 June 2017. PenzaNews. Bailiffs arrested a car of a Penza resident who did not pay for 93 violations of traffic rules to the sum of 65,000 rubles.

"During the period May 2015 – February 2017, when driving the debtor systematically exceeded regulation speed and failed to comply with requirements prescribed by traffic signs and road marking," the official representative of the regional department of the Russian Federal Bailiff Service Yana Zagrebelnaya told PenzaNews.

She specified that bailiffs made several visits to the address of the debtor's registration but it turned out that he had not lived there for a long time.

"It was decided to issue a wanted notice. The debtor was found in May. The bailiffs arrested the man's vehicle, which was preliminary appraised at 80,000 rubles," the interlocutor added.

According to her, if the man fails to pay off the debt, it will be repaid at the expense of car's realization.
