Penza, 1 June 2017. PenzaNews. Road repairs in Mira street in Penza are planned to be finished by the end of June. This was reported by the road worker of the LLC "Penzadorstroy" Alexei Podtyazhkin.

"The works will be finished on time, by the end of June," he said commenting on the progress of the repairs on Thursday, June 1.
According to the worker, the road builders conduct the repairs all daylight hours without days off.

"14 people lay kerbstones, 15-16 people are engaged in other activities," he specified.

The representative of "Penzadorstroy" added that the warranty period for the work is 5 years.

"The length is 1,700 km. By now [since May 10] we repaired over 1 km of the kerb. The whole length of the road was milled. Next week we will start to lay a levelling coating," Alexei Podtyazhkin explained.

Within the contract, the LLC "Penzadorstroy" conducts road repairs including replacement of the kerb. The workers remove the damaged asphalt-concrete layer, lay a levelling coating, install storm grids and lay kerbstones.

It is expected that the repairs will be finished by laying Mira street with stone matrix asphalt.
