Penza, 5 June 2017. PenzaNews. A punishment by means of penalty equalling to 10,000 rubles was imposed on the LLC "Ledyanoy Dom" located at 10B Dorozhnaya street in Penza for violation of legislation pertaining to sanitary and epidemiological safety of the population.

"The enterprise 'Ledyanoy Dom' does not have schemes of water supply and sewerage systems, as they were not showed on demand of the official. Before discharging waste water into the city sewerage system, the enterprise fails to provide sewage treatment," the press service of the regional department of the Federal Service on Surveillance for Consumer rights protection and human well-being told PenzaNews.

The department added that on the floor of "Ledyanoy Dom" industrial premises the inspector saw floor drains made of stainless steel that had a hydraulic lock, a waste container and a grease trap, which did not provide complete local cleaning as they only restrained grease and protein wastes.

The press service specified that an administrative action was brought against the LLC "Ledyanoy Dom" under Art. 6.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of legislation pertaining to sanitary and epidemiological safety of the population".
