Nutritionist advises Penza residents not to skip meals during day
Penza, 7 June 2017. PenzaNews. The nutritionist of the Burdenko Penza regional hospital – the chief out-of-staff nutritionist of the regional Ministry of Health Dina Tuisheva advised not to skip meals during working hours.

"Irregular meals, skipping meals, eating 1-2 times a day are one of the ways that lead to being overweight. If you skip a meal, it means that you are likely to consume the same amount of food in the evening. People often overeat in the evening, which results in excess body weight and obesity in the future," she said at the press conference that was held on Wednesday, June 7.
Dina Tuisheva emphasized that it is necessary to think of one's meals in advance.
"You should think about where you will be and whether you will be able to have a meal at home or outside of it. It you cannot do so, you should take lunch boxes, containers with you. There are a number of options of functional nutrition: for example cocktails with special ingredients, protein and non-protein ones. They are fast, tasty, of a good quality and healthy. The same is true for dairy products – yogurts, cottage cheese snacks – they are wholesome and can be consumed very fast," the nutritionist explained.
