It is dedicated to the memory of the honorary citizen of the Penza region Victor Lazutkin.

Visitors of the exhibition could see cars of domestic and foreign production from the collections of Victor Lazutkin, Vitaly Chamin, Gennady Kozlov, Andrei Yurtaev, Alexander Matrosov, and Alexandra Gulyakova.

The cars located in the main alley of the university campus included GAZ-21, Moskvich-400, ZAZ-965, and Pobeda.

One of the most interesting exhibits was Mercedes-Benz produced in 1939.

During the exhibition, the guests could not only look at the cars but also find out some information about them, touch them, sit inside and take photos of them.

As it was reported by the rector of Penza State University Alexander Gulyakov, it is planned that the event will be conducted annually.

"Moreover, we have the following idea. [...] We will select the best students of polytechnic institute who are engaged in sports and science and after the exhibition, they will have a chance to have a ride in the cars around the city of Penza. Let the whole city know that the best students are allowed to ride in old cars," he suggested at the opening of the event.
