Penza, 21 June 2017. PenzaNews. A fact of selling clothing under the brands Adidas, Nike, and Reebok that has signs of counterfeit was registered in a trade centre in Uritskogo street in Penza on Tuesday, June 20.

"Trade in caps, tracksuits, sneakers, and windcheaters was conducted out of official trade points contrary to the law of officially registered trademark use. Selectively checked clothes was sold without information in Russian," the press service of the Penza mayor's office told PenzaNews.

The city administration specified that the individual entrepreneur who executed the trade was asked by the Penza Consumers Union to provide the missing documents.

"In order to ensure consumer interests protection, monitoring aimed at detection of counterfeit products in the territory of the Penza region will be continued," the mayor's office said.
