"In 2016-2017 the city administration received repeated complaints from residents of the neighbourhood because of violation of public order caused by drinking alcoholic beverages in the non-stationary facility," the press service explained.

The mayor's office added that during the inspection it was found out that the owner did not have documents of entitlement on the facility.

"On March 29, 2017, the commission held an off-site meeting, during which it drew up a statement that confirmed the fact of illegal installation of the temporary facility. On May 15, the commission passed a resolution that obliged the owner to dismantle the pavilion," the press service noted.

The city administration reported that the owner had a talk with the authorities and was recommended to dismantle the facility as soon as possible.
